Frequently Asked Questions

What are your opening hours?

We’re open for coffee, the deli counter, and general browsing through the day, and the wine bar takes over once evening comes round. Hours do shift a little depending on the season, so it’s always worth checking our Contact page before you set off.

You’re welcome to just turn up, but if you’re coming in the evening for the wine bar we’d really recommend booking ahead, especially at weekends when tables go quickly. You’ll find the booking link over on our Wine Bar page.

You can. Our small pieces, lighting, furnishings and ceramics can all be reserved for collection from the shop in Tenbury Wells, and if you need something delivered, especially the bigger furniture pieces, just get in touch and we’ll sort it out together.

Yes, and please do let us know when you book or as soon as you arrive. We’re happy to talk through the menu with you and point out anything that won’t work for you.

There isn’t a private car park at Hygge itself, but Tenbury Wells has plenty of parking within a short walk, including the main town car park. We’ll add clearer directions to our Contact page closer to opening.

Most people collect from the shop, but we know a sofa doesn’t always fit in the back of a car, so we’re happy to arrange delivery for larger pieces. Just ask us when you order and we’ll talk you through it.

Very much so, especially in the café and out on any outdoor seating. We just ask that dogs stay on a lead and are kept away from the wine bar seating in the evenings.

We’d love that. Whether it’s a birthday, an engagement or just a gathering of friends, get in touch and tell us what you have in mind and we’ll see what we can put together.

We will do, though they won’t be available until we’re properly up and running. Keep an eye on our socials or drop us a message nearer the time and we’ll let you know as soon as they’re ready.
